WELL HI THUR. HUR I AM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEHS.
I decided to work on tidying up my online presence and I made all of my old entries private. More and more, since I started applying for jobs and colleges, I really disliked how recruiters had such an easy time of finding me on the internet. They only really contacted me on face book but still, very scary.
I've been on the internet for a very long time. A lot of my teenage drama was documented on live journal. I'm just very uncomfortable with the thought of people reading the things I've thought and felt in the past.
I'm not the 14-year-old experiencing growing pains.
I'm not the 17-year-old who had a hard time finding a reason to roll out of bed in the morning.
I'm not saying I'm not still a child, but a lot of those things are no longer relevant to the person I am today. It wouldn't be fair if someone who has never met me before decided to not offer me a job based on what I found important when I was just a kid.
